The audience between His Excellency the Minister Industry Julien Paluku (DRC) & our delegation,
Hygiene and Prevention in DRC with our delegation headed by Mr. Thierry Sengier have the objective to exchanged views on the
possibilities of cooperation between REFAI-NGO and the Democratic Republic of Congo in the
the sector of Industry development programmes.
His Excellency the Minister Julien Paluku (DRC) reiterates his willingness
to consider the possibilities of cooperation in the Industry  sector in favour of the Democratic
Democratic Republic of Congo where the needs in investments are important,
diverse and varied, in principle, we can cooperate, among other things, in the following areas:

• Waste treatment: harvesting, sorting, packaging, storage,
  transformation;
• Domestic and/or industrial energy production: energy
  solar (solar panels), wind energy, hydro-electric energy, etc.
• Agricultural production to evolve from subsistence agriculture to
  commercial agriculture;
  Infrastructure project: N’DJILI airport, administrative city, road
  road link to neighbouring Congo-Brazzaville, upgrading of ports,
  maintenance and development of waterways …
• Manufacturing production in general;
