The final statement of the official visite of the Arab-African Council (AACID) and the Swiss organization REFAI-NGO official delegation to Central Africa: The tour took place from the date of last October 17 to November 01, and the tour was based on an official invitation addressed to the Council and the organization by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Congo-Brazzaville, and Prime Minister and Minister of Health of the Democratic Republic of Congo in Kinshasa.

The delegation was headed by H.E. Minister Emad Al-Janabi, President of AACID, and H. E. Ambassador Prof. Hecham Zentah, President of REFAI-NGO and membership of the Vice-President Of REFAI-NGO Thierry Senger, H. E. Eugen Teodorovici, the former Romanian Minister of Finance and Minister of Funds of the European Union, the President of the European Bank for Development and Chairman of the Board of Europen center Banks Governors, He also served as Deputy Prime Minister twice in the Romanian government, and he is the Chairman of the Financial Advisory Committee in the ASCID and REFAI-NGO and Chairman of the AACID Committee at the United Nations for Dialogue with Governments, as well as H. E. Minister Dr. Nicolas Baniciou , former Minister of Health of Romania, deputy head of the ruling party, head of the Advisory Committee on Health in AACID and REFAI-NGO and Chairman of the AACID of the United Nations Committee on Health Affairs, and H. E. the Governor Mirela Matichescu, Governor of Constantinople in Romania and the AACID and REFAI-NGO advisor Committee for Infrastructure Affairs, it also included many businessmen and strategic partners strategic partners AACID and REFAI-NGO.

The delegation met with senior officials in the Presidency of the Republic and the Presidency of the Prime Ministers in both countries, the Congo Brazzaville in Brazzaville and the Democratic Republic of Congo in Kinshasa, as well as with more than 12 ministers in both countries, in addition to field visits to many hospitals and facilities to find out the current situation and assess what needs to be done with it.

This tour resulted in the signing of many cooperation protocols with many ministries for different sectors, including health, agriculture, infrastructure, social affairs, professionnel formations, energy and others. Construction of several hospitals, rural medical centers, hospitals and a mobile radiology center, as well as a project for farms and animal husbandry, starting with a first phase of one million hectares, which will include 200,000 families … and many other projects
