Excelsior Management, LLC; Founder & CEO 2000 – Present
Since 2000, Mr. Taulli has owned and managed Excelsior Management, which is the US entity that performs all of the services to help US companies enter into the public arena. Excelsior has brought over 50 companies from the private sector to the public arena since its inception. Specializing in all forms of private and public filings, Excelsior is a one-stop-shop for entrepreneurs wishing to expand their businesses, as well as raise capital in both the private and public sectors.

AD International, Ltd; Founder & CEO 2017 – Present
Since 2000, Mr. Taulli has owned and managed AD International, which is the US entity that performs all of the services to help foreign companies enter into the public arena. AD International handles the same types of transactions and services as does Excelsior Management but for all foreign types of businesses.

Triad Holdings Group; Founder & COO 2003 – 2013
Mr. Taulli was one of the founders and managers of Triad. Triad was a US company that offered funding solutions for small businesses and developmental stage companies. Triad acted as a funding partner and business consultant to companies based mainly in the US.

Juina Mining Company; Director & COO 2000 – 2003
Mr. Taulli was a Director and the COO of Juina, which was an operating diamond mine in Juina, Brazil. Mr. Taulli was brought in by the previous management of Juina Mining to re-structure the company and make it operational both in the US and in Brazil. Mr. Taulli was instrumental in re-structuring the company and finding a joint venture partner and ultimately the buyer of the company.

Richdel Irrigation Company; Director of R and D. 1995 – 2003
Mr. Taulli was the Director of Research and Development for the third largest irrigation company in the world. He was responsible for over 50+ employees in the R & D Department, QA/QC departments and all Engineering Services inclusive of a state-of-the-art R & D test facility which he designed and oversaw.

Toro Manufacturing; R & D Supervisor. 1976 – 1995
Mr. Taulli was one of the founders and managers of Triad. Triad was a US company that offered funding solutions for small businesses and developmental stage companies. Triad acted as a funding partner and business consultant to companies based mainly in the US.

Education:

University of California, Riverside. 1972 – 1976
Mr. Taulli attended UC Riverside on an athletic scholarship (Baseball) and graduated with 3.85 GPA and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Hydraulic Engineering and Fluid Dynamics). Mr. Taulli was an outstanding student as well as an outstanding 4-year athlete for the UC Riverside championship baseball teams.

Norte Vista High School: 1969 – 1972
Mr. Taulli was a 4.0 GPA student at NVHS excelling in math and sciences. He was a three-sport athlete and carried 9 separate letters in said sports. Mr. Taulli was the 22nd player drafted in the 23rd round of the 1972 June Supplemental draft by the NY Yankees of MLB. Mr. Taulli chose to take the athletic scholarship offered as it was the logical choice for his future as so many players are drafted in any given year and so few make it to the big leagues.
